Explore the restored Botanical Building, built for the 1915-16 exposition, with a permanent collection of more than 2,100 plants, and don't miss Lily Pond, one of the most photographed landmarks in the park's 1,200 acres. Balboa Park is free to the public, but some museums and attractions charge admission.
