Your NTI Game Plan

A little planning goes a long way at NTI — helping you stay organized, save time and get the most out of your week. Before you arrive, download the NTI mobile app or log in on your desktop to browse sessions, build your personalized schedule and stay up-to-date in real time. If you're new — or want a refresher — "Navigating NTI 101" is a great way to learn how to map out your experience and take full advantage of everything the conference offers.

Arrive prepared for a smooth start — and don't forget your conference badge. Be sure to bring the badge that was mailed to you. If you registered later or didn't receive your badge in advance, you can pick one up at the Registration Desk in the Resource Center on Sunday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. or Monday morning. If your schedule allows, plan to arrive on Sunday to avoid long lines and give yourself extra time to get oriented before the main conference begins.

Once on site, you'll find it easy to navigate the convention center with NTI Assist and signage guiding you to sessions and key locations. Be sure to check hotel lobbies for shuttle schedules to plan your commute, and shuttle information is also available in the NTI app for on-the-go access.

As you move through the convention center, make time to explore both the Critical Care Expo and the surrounding area, whether you're looking for dining, networking spots or a quick break between sessions. Check out the new digital poster kiosks, offering convenient access to research and presentations.

And save the date for one of the week's highlights: Nurses' Night Off on Wednesday, May 20, from 7-9:30 p.m. at SeaWorld San Diego. This exclusive evening includes a private orca presentation, full-park access to exhibits and rides, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow attendees in a unique, coastal setting. Your NTI registration includes one event ticket and a drink voucher — bring your SeaWorld ticket for entry. Additional guest tickets are available for purchase, and shuttle service will run throughout the evening for easy transportation.
