At NTI, nursing excellence is a shared achievement. On Purpose: A Celebration of Impact and Innovation brings our community together for a morning of inspiration, reflection and gratitude—honoring the dedication, leadership and impact that elevate patient care and advance professional practice.

This is not a traditional awards ceremony. Instead, it’s a collective celebration recognizing the nurses, units, chapters and certified professionals who have already earned distinction through their hard work and commitment. Together, we’ll reflect on the purpose that unites us and the meaningful difference these achievements make across the profession.

Excellence will be celebrated across three categories: the Beacon Award for Excellence, the Chapter Circle of Excellence and Certified Nurses—each representing the power of commitment, collaboration and innovation in action.

To create a more inclusive experience, individual honorees will not be called to the stage. Instead, we’ll recognize each group as a whole, ensuring everyone feels valued and part of something bigger. Awards and ribbons will be distributed in advance—be sure to wear yours proudly throughout NTI!
