This workshop will offer a leadership development presentation focused on skills needed for chapter leaders to manage change and ambiguity. Together, we will explore how the needs of chapters and their members may have evolved. We will identify potential resources and the support needed to meet the challenges in the current healthcare environment. This interactive workshop will provide participants with the knowledge they need to guide and support their chapters.
If you already registered for NTI, but not CLDW, contact our friends in Customer Care to amend your registration. Their number is 800-899-2226. We look forward to seeing you at CLDW!

Ernest N. Morial Convention Center – Resource Center Hall C
The Host Chapter welcomes you to the annual National Teaching Institute & Critical Care Exposition (NTI) and is sure you will enjoy your stay in New Orleans. Chapter volunteers will be available to answer your questions about New Orleans. There is so much to enjoy at this year’s conference. If there is anything they can do to help, please ask!
Take some time to explore the city. After spending a day full of educational sessions, there's so much to experience at night too. Learn more.
Stop by the Host Chapter Ribbon Wall to say hello and pick up your NTI ribbons. If this is your first time at NTI, begin participating in the popular tradition of collecting ribbons that recognize and display your accomplishments — such as chapter member or board member, volunteer or ambassador, plus many other fun ribbons. Certification ribbons are in the Certification Oasis booth in the Resource Center.
Enjoy your stay!
