Is graph reading baffling? Not anymore! Come if you would like to better understand how to interpret forest plot graphics, scatter plots and more. This session includes foundational principles for how to interpret research data, especially data presented in graphic/chart form. Graphs and charts from recent critical care nursing and medical literature are included.

  • Describe key principles for interpretation of clinical research data.
  • Recognize the utility of various graph and chart types used in nursing and medical literature.
  • Apply the concepts learned by interpreting relevant example graphs and charts.
