In this foundational session the implementation and evaluation of a staff nurse-led sepsis project is described. Review of problem identification, team selection, change management, educational interventions and outcome measurement allows attendees to replicate the project at their own facility.Learners must attend/view/read the entire activity, read Implicit Bias impacts patient outcomes, and complete the associated evaluation to be awarded the contact hours or CERP. No partial credit will be awarded.
