This intermediate session develops your ability to influence one person or 300 with effective verbal and nonverbal communication skills through demonstration and live examples.   • Outline strategies for using your voice to facilitate learning in small or large groups to effect change.
  • Determine techniques for constructing your message and use of nonverbal tools to enhance engagement and learning.
  • Examine key planning techniques to improve overall effectiveness in your ability to share knowledge and influence with facilitation.
