Appropriate staffing is an essential element of a healthy work environment. This continues to be a challenge across the country, and the pandemic has only made it worse. It is important for nurse leaders and frontline staff to advocate for appropriate staffing for a healthy work environment. This session offers tangible resources for the participants to take back to their facilities to implement.Learners must complete the entire activity and the associated evaluation AND read Implicit Bias impacts patient outcomes. No partial credit will be awarded.
