Join this foundational session to learn mechanisms and strategies to implement in your departments to enhance hiring, development and retention practices. This is an opportunity for frontline nurses and nursing leaders to learn creative solutions to onboard, engage and retain nurses while improving quality of care and staff satisfaction.Learners must complete the entire activity and the associated evaluation to be awarded contact hours AND read Implicit Bias impacts patient outcomes. No partial credit will be awarded.
