Required reading for all learners: Implicit Bias impacts patient outcomes

This interactive session reviews the sequential steps to prepare for a national certification exam. The participants answer certification-like questions while test-taking strategies are integrated throughout the questions. Typical test-taking errors are woven into the session for discussion. Participants are taught how to analyze errors and develop strategies to prevent these errors.
