The facilitator reviews relevant literature regarding ACNPs in critical care provider teams and discuss possible solutions to difficulties with billing, reimbursement, and practice limitations. Matching the needs of a specific unit to these benefits is discussed to optimize care teams. Successful current care team models from a major academic health system are shared.
