Required reading for all learners: Implicit Bias impacts patient outcomes

A one-size-fits-all nurse staffing model may not be achievable in today's economic and employment environment. This session provides an introductory-level glimpse of a staffing approach that incorporates a team nursing model and virtual nursing care. With this distribution of expertise and skill, patient care is better distributed and both nurses and patients benefit.
