Required reading for all learners: Implicit Bias impacts patient outcomes

This session provides an overview of invasive pressure monitoring. This includes a discussion of arterial lines, central venous catheters and pulmonary artery catheters. Content includes pressure monitoring set-up, waveform analysis and troubleshooting. Clinical indications are reviewed. Complications and key safety factors and the unique consideration related to the care of patients with invasive hemodynamic monitoring are emphasized during this presentation.
