In this session, the APRN (from novice through advanced) identifies ways to track work completed on a day-to-day basis and how that data, when tracked, can provide a wealth of information. Any APRN seeking ways to validate work completed or inquiring on ways to increase staff and address barriers to practice benefit from this session.Learners must complete the entire activity and the associated evaluation to be awarded contact hours AND read Implicit Bias impacts patient outcomes. No partial credit will be awarded.
