Required reading for all learners: Implicit Bias impacts patient outcomes

You may be interested in pursuing various volunteer opportunities available through AACN, but not know how to get started. In this session, current AACN volunteers guide you through learning how to set up your volunteer profile, offer tips for keeping your volunteer profile up to date and propose how to select the right opportunity and develop a competitive application. Facilitators discuss the benefits they have experienced from volunteering at the national level. Come ready with your questions and get ready to optimize your volunteer experience.

  • Explain the benefits of volunteering at the national level.
