Performing a comprehensive cardiac assessment requires skills in recognizing abnormal heart sounds. This session provides knowledge and skills necessary in identifying abnormal heart sounds and murmurs in the adult patient. Thorough cardiac examination is key to early recognition and management of pathologic diseases associated with abnormal heart sounds. This session utilizes interactive case studies to impact learner outcomes.Learners must complete the entire activity and the associated evaluation AND read Implicit Bias impacts patient outcomes. No partial credit will be awarded.
