Required reading for all learners: Implicit Bias impacts patient outcomes

Work environments must be healthy to achieve optimal outcomes. This session provides foundational information on a Healthy Work Environment including the six essential standards and the Healthy Work Environment Assessment Tool. The session highlights the connection between a healthy work environment and the Beacon Award for Excellence application. Attendees learn how to take the next steps to improve the work environment and prepare for a Beacon Award application.
