AACN recognizes that the premier unit award, the Beacon Award, must reflect current practices and the healthcare environment. Beginning with lessons learned from previous versions a newly designed program will be available in 2024 for units to apply for and receive meaningful recognition. This session include the new application, evaluation framework and timeline. Come learn how your unit can achieve Beacon!
