Learn about our space to find support and information on common nurse mistakes, balance new roles and foster resiliency. This session focuses on how to find mentorship virtually without the snark of social media. This is a safe space to connect, share ideas, and ideate through meaningful connections. Experienced RNs are welcome to join to learn ways to connect with new nurses in your departments!Learners must complete the entire activity and the associated evaluation AND read Implicit Bias impacts patient outcomes. No partial credit will be awarded.
