The elements of the AACN Healthy Work Environment Standards are emphasized to create a culture that promotes positive relationships. This foundational exploration describes interventions to eliminate incivility in the workplace.Learners must complete the entire activity and the associated evaluation AND read Implicit Bias impacts patient outcomes. No partial credit will be awarded.
