Feeling lost in the daily challenges of healthcare, nurses can suffer indifference, resort to blaming and sometimes feel completely powerless to influence their future. This foundational session gives participants insight into roles they can play at work, including persecutor, victim, spectator and hero. This highly interactive session helps participants learn practical ways to amplify their power in the workplace through self-awareness, individual responsibility and living fully in choice.Learners must complete the entire activity and the associated evaluation AND read Implicit Bias impacts patient outcomes. No partial credit will be awarded.
