This is an opportunity for frontline nurses and nursing leaders to learn creative solutions to onboard, engage and retain nurses while improving quality of care and staff satisfaction.

  • Identify key components of the AACN Healthy Work Environment framework to improve staff development and retention.
  • Define strategies to implement and sustain on-boarding best practices and principles of the AACN Healthy Work Environment framework.
