Required reading for all learners: Implicit Bias impacts patient outcomes
Meaningful recognition is one of six essential standards from AACN’s Healthy Work Environment (HWE). Nurses must be recognized for the value they bring to the work environment and to the organization they are in. This session will discuss the unit-based QI project team’s experiences and methods on improving Meaningful Recognition and offers participants means in implementing standards of a Healthy Work Environment.Learners must complete the entire activity and the associated evaluation AND read Implicit Bias impacts patient outcomes. No partial credit will be awarded.
