This foundational session will focus on building chapter values and resiliency to model the mission and vision of AACN and facilitate empowerment through ingenuity and creativity. This discussion will involve innovative ideas to promote and engage chapter membership, integrate Healthy Work Environment standards into chapter activities, and improve professional growth across the acute and critical care continuum.
