The award provides meaningful recognition, an essential component of a Healthy Work Environment and positively impacts staff satisfaction. Do you want to learn how to get your nurses recognized for what they do every day? If so, then this session is for you. Come and learn about the essential components and questions in the application. We also discuss what you need to consider to help your unit prepare to apply in the future.
