With a 20-year history, AACN’s Healthy Work Environment Collaborative is proven to positively impact nurse and patient satisfaction, engagement levels, quality of care, survival rates and more. TeleCritical Care models provide a way for centralized specialists to share expertise and facilitate improvement of standardization of care across multifacility systems. Leveraging this alliance benefits nurses, patients, healthcare teams and hospitals. We share tips, tricks and tools to improve morale, value and outcomes.
