Critical conversations with skills of mutual respect, compassion, and open dialogue are essential to increase team morale and improve operational and quality outcomes. This session shares techniques to help nurse leaders develop skills in critical conversations. Specific educational tools are shared to enable critical conversation education in your institution. Role playing critical conversation scenarios enhances learning and builds leadership communication skills during this session.
