Activity Summary

Working in critical care has gotten more stressful, more exhausting and, at times, downright frustrating. Patients are sicker and there are fewer staff to care for them. Critical care nurses may feel ill-prepared to deal with this growth in responsibility. This innovative presentation provides a roadmap to identify the authentic leader within.
