Activity Summary

This exciting interactive panel consists of nurse entrepreneurs willing to share how their practice and expertise led them to create entities with a focus on improving healthcare outcomes and clinical workflow. The success achieved, challenges faced, surprises encountered, and tips on overcoming barriers are discussed. Using real-world examples, four nurse entrepreneurs and innovators discuss how to overcome obstacles in order to create businesses that make a difference for fellow nurses and in patients’ lives.

  • List benefits and challenges that come along with utilizing a business entity to bring innovative ideas back to the bedside.
