Healthy work environments (HWEs) are essential for all aspects of nursing. However, many nurses are either unaware of the AACN HWE Standards or uncertain about how to implement them. Join this foundational session to learn about the six evidence-based standards which are crucial for improving both staff and patient outcomes. By the end of this session, learners understand the significance of healthy work environments, how to assess their own work environment and be prepared to take action.
