Activity Summary

We must optimize recruitment, retention, work environments and technology use if we are to achieve appropriate staffing. In this session, nurse leaders share innovative approaches that can be adapted to different settings. Through a facilitated discussion, we address current strategies to expand recruitment, increase retention and improve the work environment and also consider future opportunities for implementing technology-based solutions. Audience questions will be invited.
