Theresa M Davis, PhD, RN, NE-BC, CHTP, FAAN

Davis is assistant vice president of nursing at Inova Health System's High Reliability Operations Center, Falls Church, Virginia. Most recently, she was clinical operations director of enVision teleICU at Inova Health System, Falls Church, Virginia, from 2004 to 2021, implementing and leading the teleICU. She was adjunct faculty for George Mason University and Shenandoah University with a focus on nursing informatics, advanced pathophysiology and research from 2016-2020.

Jennifer Adamski, DNP, APRN, ACNP-BC, CCRN, FCCM

Adamski is a clinical associate professor and director of the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) Program at Emory University's Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing, Atlanta, and a critical care ACNP for Cleveland Clinic's Critical Care Flight Team. Adamski is also an independent consultant for APRN model development and serves as an APRN expert witness for trauma and critical care.

Nicole M Fontenot, DNP, APRN, ACNP-BC, CCNS, CCRN

Throughout her nursing career, as a trauma critical care nurse and later as an advanced practice nurse, Fontenot has been passionate about nursing science. As manager of nursing science and academic outreach at Houston Methodist Academic Institute, she leads a team of nurse scientists and nurse educators who guide and mentor nurses throughout their own nursing science journeys.
