Tufts Medical Center knew patient mobility was clinically essential but operationally difficult, so they redesigned the work. As a part of CSI Academy's Nursing Workforce Solutions program, the unit created a dedicated Mobility Tech role to improve patient outcomes while easing nursing workload burden.
