Exciting News! ______ has/have been selected to participate in Nursing Workforce Solutions, powered by AACN (American Association of Critical-Care Nurses)'s Clinical Scene Investigator (CSI) Academy, and sponsored by Johnson & Johnson.

The 18-month program aims to empower direct-care nurses with sustainable skills to increase nurse satisfaction and retention, create healthy work environments, and improve patient outcomes. We will spend the first 12 months identifying an area where our unit could improve, identifying baseline data, and creating a project plan which focuses on a healthy work environment standard. At the conclusion of the 12 months, we will analyze the data and determine fiscal and clinical impacts. During the last six months, we will learn how we can sustain the improvements and results of the past year's work.

Optional: We will share progress at the midpoint and at the conclusion of the 12-month period, so stay tuned for more news from our unit/units!
