AACN is committed to providing high-quality products and resources and strives to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 90 days of purchase for consideration of a refund, subject to the requirements outlined below.

General Return Requirements

  • Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase to be considered for a refund.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and in their original packaging.
  • A copy of the packing slip must accompany all returns.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases involving damaged or defective items.
  • AACN is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Credit

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or credit:

  • Clearance items
  • Digital products
  • Items that do not meet the return condition requirements outlined above


Returns for Bookstores and Resellers

Bookstores and resellers may return eligible merchandise within 90 days of the original purchase from AACN, subject to the following requirements:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • All returned merchandise must be received by AACN in mint, resalable condition.
  • For purposes of this policy, mint, resalable condition means the merchandise must have a new appearance both inside and outside, with no bent covers, damaged edges, scuff marks, or signs of shelf wear.
  • Merchandise that is out of print or does not meet the mint, resalable condition requirements is not eligible for a refund or credit.
  • No exceptions will be permitted to the condition requirements for bookstore and reseller returns.

AACN reserves the right to determine whether returned merchandise meets the eligibility and condition requirements of this Return Policy.
