Project Goals/Objectives

  1. To increase staff nurse awareness of the ABCDEF bundle
  2. To decrease ventilator days
  3. To decrease length of stay

Project Outcomes

  1. Increased nurse awareness of the ABCDEF bundle
  2. Decreased ventilator days 1.2 percent (50 days in one quarter)
  3. These outcomes resulted in cost savings of $76,100, with a projected annual fiscal impact of $304,400.
