By adapting a "NASA Task Load Index" tool into an ICU acuity tool that resulted in decreased nurse burnout and improve nurse satisfaction. The use of this unique tool resulted in decreased stress as noted on the NASA Task Load Index. This resulted in a 14% reduction in sick calls and late clock outs. The Return on investment was 290%. This is particularly notable as it was implemented shortly before the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. The information is provided by video and power-point.
